The grain brings the soul of malt, biscuit and coffee. The bitterness and aroma come from a hint of hops added during cooking, as well as from dry-hopping. The 5.3% alcohol ensures a beer that is correct. Full of flavor but easy to drink!

Here's a little bit of history of Big Shed Brewing, who they are and how they came to be.
Craig and Jason started brewing in Jason's barn in a rented house in the Barossa Valley in 2002. The barn was huge. A farm shed with enough space for the brewing equipment, cars, the Scalextric race track tools etc. It also had a grease pit which was perfect for keeping the brews at a constant fermentation temperature. This is where the love affair started with making beer. They loved that they could follow their curiosity; what happens when you add berries to your brew, what does using a different yeast do to the taste? Grais and Jason then made beers that people loved, and some horribly dirty too.
