Villa Donoratico 2018 – Tre Bicchieri Gambero Rosso 2021

For some time now we have had the wines of Tenuta Argentiera in our range. An internationally renowned producer from Bolgheri DOC. For example, the Argentiera Bolgheri Superiore 2015 has already been awarded with 99 points by James Suckling in the recent past. Now the new vintage of the Villa Donoratico has not gone unnoticed by the jury of the Gambero Rosso.

Tenuta Argentiera is therefore very pleased to announce that the 2018 vintage of the Villa Donoratico has received "3 glasses" from the prestigious Gambero Rosso Wineguide! This wine is also available henceforth!

The Gambero Rosso ratings in Vini d’Italia are based on the number of glasses (bicchieri) awarded to a wine. The highest rating is three glasses (Tre Bicchieri), and the wine guide only includes wines that the editors consider "above average". The ratings are based on blind tastings by independent experts. The guide is published in Italian, English and German.

Ratings:

- Three glasses indicate "extraordinary wines".

- Two red glasses indicate a wine that was initially a contender for a 3 glass nomination, but did not quite make it.

- Two glasses indicate "very good wines". -

- A glass indicates "good wines".
