Decanter World Wine Awards 2017 is the largest international wine competition of its kind where 69 of the world’s 343 Masters of Wine were joined by 26 Master Sommeliers and other regional experts from around the world to judge 16,000 entries.
Only 3% of the total where given a Gold medal. These wines will be put forward to compete for platinum medals against others from the same region or style to be awarded the «best in show».
