Nikki Wente is a fifth generation winegrower at the Wente Winery, where here passion for Chardonnay arose at the Family Estate vineyards. In 1912 her great Grandfather imported Chardonnay stems to America. After years of hard work and rough times, they managed to spread the Chardonnay enthusiasm. Nowadays, 80% of all California Chardonnay stems from the Wente Clone.
