NEW - NVY Sparkling Wine
15 years ago, Grupo Valdivieso, one of the largest vineyards in Chile, came up with the idea of serving a different aperitif than Pisco Sour: the Chilean national cocktail drink. Pisco Sour is drunk at every festive occasion and has an alcohol content of between 35% and 50% vol.
The idea behind NVY was to make the Pisco Sour "jealous" with a lighter appetizer. That's how the name NVY was born! NVY is pronounced "envy", which means freely translated jealousy / envy.
Pisco Sour may also be a bit jealous of NVY, because the combination of fruit pulp (from carefully chosen fruits) and brut provides a fresh sparkling cocktail wine with a lower alcohol content of 8.5% vol.
