Good results
With pride Domaine Bousquet Announces that two of their wines are listed in a top 100 ranking. Their Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 ended at the 72th place in the Top 100 Best Wine List and their Malbec premium 2018 at number 17 in the Top 100 Best Buy List.
Lead Winemaker Rodrigo Serrano says to be ecstatic about this recognition.
New Wine
Domaine Bousquet announces a new wine: Virgen Cabernet Sauvignon. This organical wine contains no added sulfates. Because natural wines are more fragile, they require special attention during the vinification, botteling and transport.
The wijn was fermented at controlled temperature of 25° and 27°C during 15 days, with selected yeasts.
Looking at 2020
In Mendoza, Argentina, spring has begun and they looking forward to the summer that is comming. Pruning has started and the irrigation plan is made to secure a good harvest and stimulate good yields.
